On July 10th, Mike Biltonen of Know Your Roots Orchard Consulting and Julia & Alex Alvarez-Perez of Usonia Winery held a summit of Finger Lakes wine & cider makers to taste 14 Heritage wines that Steve Casscles made at Cedar Cliff Vineyards or with Alfredo Alcántara & Deanna Urciuoli of Dear Native Grapes Winery.
There were more than 20 attendees, including DiFrancesco, Phil Plummer of Montezuma, Paul Brock of Silver Thread Vineyard, and many more.
