I love Kayleigh Marquis Bozzo and Nic Bozzo and their Nostrano Vineyards. These are good folks and so happy that they recently celebrated their 10th Anniversary of being opened. Truly some of the good people in the Hudson Valey.
Recently, I stopped in to do a quick tasting, and happened upon their Arae 2022 Riesling Pet Nat. Arae Pét-Nat is a sparkling natural wine made from Estate Riesling. It has a slightly hazy appearance. Citrus and tropical with a slight residual sweetness and a clean mineral finish. This bottle was an instant wow!!! I bought two bottles - one to share with The Cork Report's Lenn Thompson, and one for my family to help celebrate the holidays.
