Robibero Winery is a long time favorite of mine. Harry and his family have built a proper winery, planted vines, and have one of the best winemakers in the region. Tiffany Robibero and their tasting room staff are fantastic! Above all, their Estate Grown Cabernet Franc is among the best in the state.
Robibero Estate Grown Cabernet Franc 2018 - The nose is a stew of dark berries - raspberry, strawberry, plum - both on the nose and on the palate. There's a slight whiff of herbs and pepper. It's a dark colored wine with a soft, juicy middle, and terrific finish that lingers, and lingers. Outstanding wine! I had it with cassoulet and it was magical. Enjoy!
