The American Wine Society commissioned me to expand my article on Doug Moorhead for a feature article. I interviewed many more people for the final article. Doug Moorhead of Presque Isle Wine Cellars was the father of the original small winery act in Pennsylvania which morphed into the Farm Winery Act movement that swept across the nation and enabled thousands of farmers and small winery owners acess to their dreams.
