Lots of limes squeezed into a glass, with a few rocks, and a splash of refreshing gin. An ice cold gin Martini while standing watch over the grill. Or maybe some French 75s or a wine and gin spritz. Ten Mile Listening Rock Gin is a made from their grain-based mash, all grown in New York State. Each grain is distilled separately and then later blended to the perfect flavor. They also grow as many of their botanicals as they can. The botanicals are not force-infused through a gin basket, but instead are gentle steeped. A delicious, light, delicate gin. Excellent.
Harvest Spirits Core Gin is made from 100% estate grown New York State apples, grown on the family's farm. This gin opens with soft floral statement on the nose.
