Noir Sunshine Opulence Rose' - Drink It This Summer!

Noir Sunshine Winery is a women-owned boutique winery in Maryland, producing sustainable, organic, and very drinkable wines. Sharmaine Taylor, founder, is an innovative winemaker and devoted “Mom-preneur.” She had decades of experience as a Health Scientist and has a background in Chemistry and Microbiology. Certified as a Sommelier in 2018, Sharmaine orchestrates wine events and curates wine lists for restaurants in the Baltimore-Washington area. 

Production is based at The Crossvines in Poolesville, MD. The Crossvines in Poolesville, Maryland, is owned and operated by the Montgomery County Revenue Authority. Located in the Agricultural Reserve, this 388-acre facility was developed in partnership with Weller Development Partners to support local wine production, featuring a vineyard, crush facility, restaurant, and event space.

Noir Sunshine Opulence is a blend of Maryland grown fruit, It has a nose rich with strawberries, cherries, cranberry, and even notes of rhubarb and a lovely big dollop of watermelon. There's also a hint of citrus which gives it a refreshing juicy note. A lovely drinking wine, perfect for summer days, wine cocktails, or with food. Loved this wine. Great fun. Delicious!
