New York Times' Howard G. Goldberg Praises Eric Fry and Lenz Winery
"The wines Eric Fry makes at Lenz, in Peconic, can be as subtle as he is exuberant; they generally need cellaring and about two hours’ decanting before drinking. Customers who knock them back waste their money, and Mr. Fry’s technical skills and aesthetic sense," writes Howard G. Goldberg in the June 4, 2009 New York Times about Lenz winemaker Eric Fry.
